I don't feel it would be best for them to rely solely on the "phone book" when in need of local health services. Many people will head right to Google to search a doctor (I've done it myself), and if that doctor has a website dedicated to him he would get more business. Local search marketing is huge, and this is where the smaller businesses and such can real in some good business. BTW Great post.
