You’ve already mentioned most of what I can say here, but there is one tip I can add, if one “Expert” says he guarantees you to get high pagerank then that is no expert. You are to seek ways to get great positions in search engines results, not the pagerank image value. The classic ways of optimizing your website are ‘still’ the strongest!</description>
